Smooth | Chocolatey
Our first taste of wild coffee came from a home-style pot shared in Fiji’s highlands, and we were immediately struck by its smooth, chocolatey profile. That unforgettable moment inspired us to recreate the same richness in a blend that pays homage to where our journey began.
- Hand-foraged in the wild highlands of Viti Levu
- Blended with premium coffees from South America
- Whole bean for peak freshness
- Small-batch medium roasted for balanced flavor
- High caffeine, low toxicity
Whether it’s fueling your morning routine, brewing for friends, or taking it on your next adventure, Fiji Wild Coffee is more than a cup—it’s a connection to the wild. Every smooth, chocolatey sip helps create opportunities for Fijian families and supports a way of life deeply rooted in nature.
Live wild, play wild, drink wild. Every cup you enjoy fuels a brighter future for the people and land of Fiji.
We've used these beans with just about every brew method out there, and have had nothing but excellent results.
Here are a few of our favorites.
French Press Our daily go-to method might create the smoothest finish and can easily be enjoyed black. Add about 3 or 4 tablespoons of freshly ground Fiji Wild, pour to about half full with just-boiled water, give it a stir for 30 seconds (enjoy that bloom), and then top off with more hot water. Let it steep for 4 minutes, then press and enjoy!
Pour-Over Using a Chemex or other pour-over device really brings out the brighter side and the complexity of the Fiji Wild flavor. Add your freshly, finely ground Fiji Wild to the filter, and pour that hot water nice and slow right in the middle of the grinds. Let it run through and wet the coffee grinds from the bottom up. Repeat pour until you've reached your desired amount of brew.
Espresso Machine Pulling shots with Fiji Wild extracts some of the prettiest crema we've ever seen. With an extra fine grind, fill that portafilter with Fiji Wild, tamp with about 20lbs of pressure, and then let your machine do its thing. Enjoy that pure gold drizzling into your mug!
